On the Day of Your Appointment
- New Clients – please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork forms
- Please remove all eye makeup prior to having your eyelash appointment
- DO NOT have any type of caffeine prior to your appointment
- Please put your phone on silent. It is imperative that your eyes remain closed during the entire procedure, and that your head movement is kept to a minimum.
- Your appointment will begin with an initial consultation on your desired look and style.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to change your appointment, please ring us at least 48 hours prior (949) 391-0670.
- Please respect our 48-hour cancellation policy. If canceling, you must call 48 hours before the appointment time to avoid penalty (50% of service).
- No Shows or Canceling the Day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service!
