Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days and shipped right after. Please note that shipment delays by the shipping vendor is out of our control.

Free shipping is only valid for contiguous US states.

Eyeland Lash, LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages once they are shipped and the tracking indicates the package has been delivered. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it is under their care and control. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for further assistance. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS.
