ALL SALES FINAL – Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns/refunds.
If your item(s) arrive defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@eyelandlash.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
Eyeland Lash, LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages once they are shipped and the tracking indicates the package has been delivered. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, it is under their care and control. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for further assistance. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS.
